Who trade accounts are for
Trade accounts are available to registered New Zealand businesses that place regular orders with LaserFab. Whether you're a manufacturer, fabricator, contractor, or engineering firm, a trade account simplifies purchasing and gives you reliable access to laser cutting, CNC folding, and fabrication services without paying upfront each time.
Account types available
Choose the payment structure that works for your business. All accounts are subject to credit approval.
Immediate
Cash Account
Pay per order — no credit terms. Full payment required prior to dispatch or collection.
- No credit check required
- Suitable for occasional orders
- Payment by bank transfer, credit card, or on collection
7-Day Terms
7 Day Account
Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Ideal for businesses with a fast accounts cycle.
- Subject to credit approval
- Monthly statement provided
- Overdue accounts subject to interest
Monthly Terms
20th Month Account
All invoices issued within a calendar month are due by the 20th of the following month.
- Subject to credit approval and credit limit
- Monthly statement issued end of month
- Common for regular, high-volume customers
How to apply
Download the application form
Get the LaserFab Account Application Form. Fill it in offline — it covers your business details, preferred account type, references, and credit terms agreement.
Complete and sign the form
Fill in your business and contact details, account type preference, trade references, and director / principal information as required.
Submit your completed form
Upload your completed form below, or email it directly to accounts@laserfab.co.nz (cc sales@laserfab.co.nz). Either method works.
Account approval and setup
Our team reviews within 2–3 business days. Once approved, you'll receive your account details and applicable credit terms.
What you'll need to provide
The application form will ask for the following. Having this ready speeds up the process.
- Company / trading name and registered address
- NZBN or company incorporation number
- Business type (company, partnership, sole trader, etc.)
- Years in operation / trading history
- Delivery, postal, and registered office addresses
- Primary sales and accounts payable contacts
- Trade and professional references (2–3 suppliers)
- Directors / partners / principal details
- Sole trader: additional identification as required
